About the classes

The first time you come, please arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can fit the bike to your size. Your normal workout gear is all you need to get started. Cycling shorts and moisture wicking tops will make your ride more comfortable but are not essential. Do bring a water bottle and a small towel to use when riding – it’s likely you will sweat during the class. For your feet, normal workout trainers/sneakers are fine, or bring cycling shoes if you want to use clip-in pedals.

Changing facilities are available at the studio, but no showers. Please sign in, confirming your reservation when you arrive at each class.

About the workout

During spin class your instructor will take you through a warm up and then a variety of different intervals which will vary the resistance and the cadence in the seated or standing position on the bike. At Spin Genève we realise that each person has different goals and want to help you reach them.
